Paige Lipetska is a detail-oriented and community-driven Land Planner with over five years of experience in urban planning. Paige has worked extensively on planning and developing communities, from conceptual layouts to final plat submittals. She collaborates closely with clients, engineers, and surveyors to design and render development layouts, analyze GIS data, and propose amendments to major thoroughfare plans for improved regional circulation.
Paige is well-versed in preparing platting documents, coordinating approvals with public officials, and presenting at public meetings. She has a proven track record of mentoring interns and new team members, managing project tasks, and writing regulations for new developments. With a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Texas A&M University, Paige brings technical skills in AutoCAD, M-Color, and Photoshop, ensuring precision and creativity in all her projects.

Strata Design & Planning, with Paige Lipetska leading the charge on concept design, partnered with the Arnusch family to create Homeplace, a master-planned community in Keenesburg, Colorado. Designed to grow with the town’s rising population, the plan blends diverse housing, gathering spaces, and a connected network of parks and trails—all while honoring the area’s rural character.

Cane Island Master Planned Community
While at EHRA Engineering, Paige Lipetska led land planning for Cane Island, a 1,100-acre upscale community west of Houston featuring single-family homes, a school, parks, a rec center, and integrated drainage systems.

Meridiana Master Planned Community
Paige Lipetska contributed to the land planning of Meridiana, a 2,600-acre upscale community south of Houston with 5,500 homes, mixed-use areas, schools, parks, and integrated amenity-based drainage facilities while at EHRA Engineering.
