While at EHRA Engineering, Paige Lipetska worked on the land planning for Cane Island, a 1,100-acre master planned community west of Houston, Texas. Cane Island is a high-end development that consists of single-family residential lots, a school, a detention drainage system, amenitized parks, and a rec center.

Paige contributed to both the design and submittal phases of the land planning process for Cane Island. She designed overall conceptual bubble plans for future areas, which she then refined into street and lot layouts for individual sections. Paige then made preliminary plat submittals for these sections and coordinated jurisdictional approval.
