Eric Sakotas designed the concept site plan for The Dunes, located on the south bank of Lake McConaughy, north of Ogallala, Nebraska. Lake McConaughy is the largest reservoir in the state and is popular for outdoor activities. The Dunes will provide additional recreation opportunities for residents that draw upon its proximity to the lake, including an 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse and driving range, a resort/marina village, and retail and commercial services. The community will also include a variety of residential options, including traditional single-family homes, town homes, rental cabins, and an RV park.
