San Jacinto Boulevard District

While at EHRA Engineering, Paige Lipetska worked on a land planning study for the San Jacinto Boulevard District, a 470-acre site east of Houston, Texas. The mixed-use site plan was created to promote private development within the district and generate a vision for future land uses. The project began with existing land use analysis and suitability analysis. After collaborating with the client and fellow planners, Paige then rendered a site plan and provided land use acreage breakdowns.
